What do I need to bring?
- A current photo ID (driver licence or passport)
- Any prescription glasses or contact lenses that you wear
- A list of your current medications (if applicable)
- Details of any relevant medical conditions or previous surgeries
- Any forms or paperwork provided by your employer
- Hearing aids (if you use them)
- Any relevant medical reports or specialist letters, if requested by your employer
- Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear, particularly if your assessment includes a functional or physical capacity assessment.
- If your employer has requested a drug and alcohol test, avoid excessive fluid intake immediately before your appointment, as this may delay sample collection.

How much does completing my pre-employment Medical cost?
- For a simple Medical the cost is $480 inclusive of all diagnostic testing.
- For complicated assessments including requesting and reviewing treating clinicians management and engaging with provider clinicians additional costs will apply.
